If we are interested in more than one photo session, can we bundle them?

Yes! See which sessions are available to bundle under the Investments tab. If you don’t see what you are looking for, reach out to me and I will help you design a custom package to fit your needs.

Can we purchase the RAW files?

No. As a photographer, my finished product is what I am selling to you. It represents my name and my brand. Therefore, I do not distribute the untouched RAW files, because they do not yet meet the standards I have set for my work.

What if we have to cancel a session?

In the event of a voluntary session cancellation, you are required to give at least 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is given, I will be able to work with you on choosing a day to reschedule your session. There will be no refunds given for voluntary cancellations. In the event of a cancellation due to a death in the family, inclement weather, or in the event that I am called to attend a birth, you will have the choice to reschedule your session or obtain a refund (not including the deposit). You will have up to 1 week to decide whether you would prefer to reschedule or pursue the refund. If one week passes and you have not informed me of your choice, your refund will be forfeited.

Do you have a studio location?

No, not at this time. I shoot on location, either outdoors or in your home. I find that this keeps my work more personal, and I am able to connect to my clients more fully.

How is payment made? Can I have a payment plan?

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, checks, or credit card. A 30% deposit is due at the time of the contract signing. This deposit holds your date on my calendar, and is non-refundable. The remainder of payment is due 3 days before the shoot, or by 38 weeks, for birth photography. Payment plans are available, but do not extend beyond the day of the shoot.
